Are Steam Achievements confirmed?
Yes. Steam Achievements appear in the official PC feature list.
What is confirmed
The achievement names, hidden status, conditions, and missable requirements are not published. Console trophy lists must be verified separately.
Why this matters
Technical and platform facts are checked against live storefronts. A platform announcement does not establish performance, file size, controller support, cross-save, or handheld compatibility, so those fields remain explicitly unconfirmed until first-party listings or retail tests provide evidence.
What remains outside this answer
