How Replayability Works in Grave Seasons
Each new year can select a supernatural killer from a pool of candidates, with authored reasoning, kill styles, and targets. Previous work is also tracked across replays.
Why this system matters
Replayability is connected to the wider farming-mystery loop rather than standing alone. Progress can affect resources, relationships, evidence, resident survival, or the story that becomes available.
What remains unconfirmed
Exact unlock dates, costs, values, schedules, rewards, failure conditions, and optimization routes should not be guessed before release. Preview footage can establish a feature, but not a final database value.
Launch-day verification plan
Test the tutorial explanation, first unlock, UI labels, time and stamina effects, required items, relationship or story consequences, and whether the behavior changes across seasons or killer campaigns.
