Players Can Stay Awake for More Than 24 Hours

Steam describes a day-and-night system in which the player can stay awake for more than 24 hours while experiencing Ashenridge after dark.

What the new information establishes

Night is relevant to more than visual atmosphere. Residents may continue their routines, buildings can close, and investigation or break-ins may depend on where people go after work. Official material does not yet explain sleep requirements, exhaustion penalties, time speed, pausing, or stamina recovery.

What this means for players and our guides

Our time guide will test clock length, shop hours, NPC schedules, sleep effects, and whether story events advance at fixed times. Until the retail build is available, we will not turn the 24-hour statement into invented minute conversions or optimal bedtime advice.

Source and verification boundary

This update is based on the official Steam description. We distinguish a confirmed feature or count from details that have not been published. Exact values, routes, schedules, rewards, culprits, and platform behavior are added only after an official update or repeatable retail-build verification.
