Authored Killer Campaigns Require Separate Walkthrough Paths
Each playthrough selects from authored supernatural-killer campaigns with distinct reasoning, kill styles, and targets rather than one universal culprit.
What the new information establishes
This structure changes how a reliable wiki should present answers. A clue that identifies a suspect in one campaign may be irrelevant or misleading in another. The active killer also changes targets, local events, and how the town responds, while resident survival can alter later story availability.
What this means for players and our guides
Every full case walkthrough will label the campaign and protect the culprit behind a spoiler warning. Shared mechanics will remain on system pages, while campaign pages will contain their own clue order, protection checks, victims, and ending consequences. We will not publish a fixed killer answer on the main investigation hub.
Source and verification boundary
This update is based on the official Steam description. We distinguish a confirmed feature or count from details that have not been published. Exact values, routes, schedules, rewards, culprits, and platform behavior are added only after an official update or repeatable retail-build verification.
